Studio Haven is now offering monthly memberships!
Memberships will allow members to access the studio space at a discounted rate, while committing to a term of 3 months, 6 months or 12 months. Members will receive their own access code, their own account to access our calendar to add and remove their own booking, and a dedicated number of hours that are reserved - just for them!
There are 3 package options, and 3 tiers within those packages. The longer timeline that you are able to commit to, the greater the discount. Please note that if you end a package early (i.e., decide to end your package at the 5 month mark instead of the 6 month mark), you will be required to pay whatever discount difference you would have received over the last term. All of these fine details would be laid out in the contract you would sign at the beginning of the membership. Hours are not able to be carried over from month to month.
Studio Haven Monthly Membership Tiers
These memberships are best used for photographers and/or videographers, creatives looking for a place to work, and/or small events. These fees are a flat rate and will not change during your term. It includes regular studio cleaning services, prop changes, and anything else you can think of! We're only accepting a limited number of memberships to start with to ensure that we can accommodate for all members.

The studio set will be changed up every 3-4 months. Subscribe to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram to stay up to date with the current furniture sets. Updates will also be posted here on this page.

Studio Haven has one large East facing window. The studio itself gets direct sunlight in the AM hours. In the evening, some of the West sunlight is reflected back into the space as the studio is directly in front of the Stantec towers. There are translucent drapes over the window that diffuse the light, these can be adjusted as needed.

The studio is about 730 SQ F, however about half of the space is dedicated to the ‘front foyer’ area for guests to change and/or wait for their session.

Yes. The studio is split up in to two different rooms. When you arrive, you will walk into the studio’s foyer.
The foyer has a private washroom, changing area, and couch and/or waiting area. There is also a desk. The studio space can be cordoned off by using the drapes covering the entrance.
This means that if you have multiple clients coming in you can give your current client privacy by shutting the drapes.

Yes and no.
For guests that visit us on weekends, there is free visitor parking in the back alley of the building (east). There are various paid options surrounding the building. When you book with us, you will receive a detailed email with instructions (and photos) of spaces to park nearby. Street parking is 1$ for an hour, whereas the impark lot behind the building is 3$ an hour.

Yes and no.
If your booking is cancelled within more than 2 weeks notice and less than 30 days we can provide a credit. If your booking is cancelled further than 30 days in advance and you are unable to reschedule and/or a credit would not work for you we can provide a refund.
